1200 sanitary packs were distributed to migrant workers (Nagarbhavi), garment workers (Kamakshipalya), and slum dwellers (Somanahalli). These migrants, who are struggling for basic needs such as daily food and do not have a regular job right now, have little choice but to ignore their hygiene. In these unprecedentedly difficult times, cleanliness and hygiene are the least of these women’s concerns. It is our privilege to have been allowed to donate sanitary pads and raise awareness about their cleanliness. This noble act was carried out with the assistance of the Bangalore Police Department.
