Harshini Venkatesh, rides high and cool with swag. Toggling between domestic responsibilities and a super fast growing business, yet biking around the city with a purpose, she has proved that passion is the fuel behind her success & a bike aficionado on the go !
SHE for Society(R), her Brainchild, a reflection of her resolve to empower women, is a Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative, actively involved in creating awareness about duty and responsibility to family, friends and fellow citizens. She is deeply passionate about regular biking sessions and rides to empower women . Her gang of SHE for Society women bikers ride around the city with a purpose, reaching out to the needy supplying food, medicines etc. Their CSR is commendable, As a creative head of “WOMEN BIKERS PARADE” to felicitate and support the families of Ex Soldiers.
Riding up and down, biking along with her team. Harshini is a woman of many merits. Putting her passion to a purposeful life, adding a dash of patriotic flavour to her CSR outreach and staying connected with core issues that matter the most is her way of taking life head on.

A B.Com graduate by qualification, Alternative medicine healer by profession, having mastered the art of acupressure, acutouch, auricular therapy, color therapy, mudra therapy and alpha healing to help people with their health issues. Also qualified as a Certified handwriting analyst
A calm and collected person with a contagious zeal. Much like torque is essential in the best of bikes, calling Shalini the torque of ‘She for Society‘ wouldn’t be an overstatement. Pride and patriotism runs in her veins.

A multi dimensional personality who has diverse interest in sports, social development, politics, farming, environment protection, modelling and women empowerment in addition to a strong commitment to serve the marginal and the disadvantaged. Equipped with a post graduate degree in English, currently holds the post of Secretary of Raitha Morcha for Bangalore South.
Living upto the meaning of her name ‘Vidya’, she is an integral part in the functioning of ‘She for Society’. A recipient of multiple awards such as ‘reach for cause’ award for social work and Mrs. Savvy (India) award. She has a keen interest in organic farming and does not miss an opportunity to spread it’s awareness.

A seasoned IT professional and a Biker with more than 14 years of experience across multiple industries, working in various multinational companies. she currently is associated with NxtGen Datacentre and Cloud Technologies Pvt LTD as ISO compliance auditor. She is passionate about riding bikes & has also been a part of various biking events. Her passion for riding bikes is accompanied by her wisdom. She often preaches that “If one wants to find happiness, they must only ride a bike.
