Story of SHE

INTRODUCTION

We are an NGO working towards the welfare and well-being of our dear soldiers and their families.

SHE FOR SOCIETY provides a platform for people to donate, give, and support a cause that works to improve the lives of our veterans and their families.

The Indian Trust Act of 1882 is used to register She for Society.

We work tirelessly to maintain the comfort and rehabilitation of the infrastructure that veterans receive after serving our country. While they ensure our safety and security by guarding our borders and facing conflicts and tensions with courage, we can live in peace. It is now our turn to honour their sacrifice and support a better way of life for our true Heroes and Sheroes.

Behind every great organisation are a group of people who work together to achieve success. ‘She for Society’ is a proud group of passionate Women bikers who have come together from various backgrounds and stages of life. What they share is a desire to ride for a purpose other than pleasure. The team enjoys making a difference in the society in which we all live. With a strong display of sisterhood, who work for the welfare of the soldier families and environment conservation.

We recognise the importance of nature and work tirelessly to conserve it for a better future at She for Society. After all, it is the most essential component of a better world. We have received several awards in recognition of the work we have done. We are excited to work with people to create a better world because we all know there isn't another one to go to.

YESSS !! WE WON 500 GBP !!

When our genuine efforts to make a difference are recognised, it provides tremendous motivation to ensure that we achieve even more.

We, the She for Society team, are overjoyed to learn that our efforts have been recognised and appreciated by one of our executive committee members – Kasturi Cotha's Organization Informa, a UK-based conglomerate, virtually celebrated 5 years of successful charity events. They had organised a 'Take 5 to Walk the World' event in which colleagues were asked to post 5 things they did to make a difference in June 2020.

It gives us great pleasure to share that our Clean Pond: Green Life initiative was recognised during the Organization's virtual Charity event.
