Few patients received shuttle service from their home to the hospital and from the hospital to home. Finding an ambulance was the first challenge we faced in this current Covid crisis. Providing an ambulance proved to be a difficult task because drivers became anxious and hesitant to continue their services at the end of each day while witnessing chronic conditions that resulted in deaths. Second, getting refill cylinders for Covid patients into the ambulance is the most difficult task every day. Every hour, we are chasing down oxygen vendors to refill the cylinders. All of these have increased in price.
